It takes only one minute and no hard coding to connect your apps.
Comprehensive
Supports full export of not only new, but the existing data as well.
Secure
Security made in Germany. That sums up pretty much everything.
How It Works
Connect, activate, monitor
Connect your accounts
It's just as simple as that.
Click on "Connect", log in with your credentials or grant access to elastic.io (depends on your app settings), save account and you're all good to go.
Activate the integration flow
After activating, your data will flow seamlessly from one application into
another.
All your current as well as new data is synced on a regular
basis.
Monitor data more easily
You have two monitoring options. First, you see all your integration apps
and when the last sync was performed at a glance.
Secondly, by clicking on a particular integration app, you'll find a more
detailed overview of the data flow.
A Data Record is a basic data structure that stores together properties of a particluar object. Put in simple terms, it is an item that is transferred from one system to another. One data record would, for example, represent one invoice in your online accounting system or one contact in your email automation tool.
100 data records is, basically, 100 items. Probably, the most common case you'll have on elastic.io Connect at the moment is moving your invoices around. So, 100 data records will be 100 invoices. But it can also be 100 invoice due dates or 100 customers' contact data (the latter will be exported as a bundle, meaning that 1 data record will include the customer's first and last names, his/her email address and any additional information assigned to this particular customer). Note, though, that each time you move an item from one system into another and also each update of this item will be considered as a new data records, even if it's one and the same item.
Initial export is the export of all your existing data your have stored prior to activating an integration app on elastic.io Connect. Say, you already have about 2000 invoices in your Debitoor account, but you write only 110-130 new invoices each month. Your 2000 invoices in this example will be the initial export we'll perform.
No. The initial export is included into each price plan by default. Therefore, we won't charge your for it extra, even if it exceeds the data records limit outlined in the pricing plan you've subscribed to.
If you consume more data records as your current plan allows you to, don't worry, we will not block your integration apps. First, we'll inform you about the limit excess. After that we will automatically upgrade you to the next pricing plan. We will make sure such upgrade is only done with your awareness and won't be a surprise for you.
Please, check out our elastic.io integration platform first, we might have the applications you need there. In case these applications are not available on the platform either, please contact us under info@elastic.io to see if we already have your applications on our roadmap. Alternatively, you can contact the application providers directly and ask them to send us a request for the application connectors and the appropriate integration apps at info@elastic.io.
As soon as you sign up / log in, you'll find the Help button on the upper menu. Under this button you'll find an interactive walk-through showing you how to activate an integration app.
In the login area, click on the question button in the right bottom corner of the page. Our team of developers will do its best to address your issue as soon as possible.
